Information you choose to provide
When you call or start a WhatsApp enquiry, you may provide your name, phone number, destination, dates, pickup details, passenger count and trip requirements. P.B. Travels uses this information to reply, prepare a quotation and coordinate a booking that you choose to confirm.
Website data
This website does not currently provide customer accounts, an online payment system or an onsite booking database. The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access for security, reliability and performance.
WhatsApp and phone calls
WhatsApp messages and phone calls are handled through those service providers and are also subject to their policies. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or unrelated sensitive personal information through an enquiry.
Sharing and retention
Enquiry details are used for travel planning and customer support. They may be shared only where reasonably needed to arrange the requested journey or comply with law. P.B. Travels should retain enquiry records only as long as needed for those purposes and ordinary business records.
Your choices
