This website provides general information about P.B. Travels, its group travel services and commonly requested destinations. Route descriptions are not a fixed timetable, an offer of individual seats or a guarantee of availability.
Enquiries and booking confirmation
Sending a WhatsApp message, calling or using the enquiry widget starts a request; it does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after P.B. Travels agrees the journey details, coach availability, price, inclusions, payment terms and any cancellation conditions directly with the customer.
Quotes and changes
Quotes depend on the dates, route, duration, pickup plan, passenger count and group requirements. Changes requested after confirmation may affect availability or price. Customers should check the final written details before making payment.
Travel responsibilities
The group organiser should provide accurate passenger and journey information, follow agreed boarding times and communicate special requirements before departure. Travel may be affected by weather, road closures, official restrictions, traffic or other events outside reasonable control.
Cancellations, refunds and payments
The applicable advance, payment schedule, cancellation terms and refund conditions must be stated in the booking confirmation for the particular journey. Do not send money solely because a webpage is visible; verify the official contact details and receive confirmation from P.B. Travels first.
